Sean Moynihan is an Associate in our Tucson, Arizona office. His focus is on general counsel work for our HOA clients and civil defense litigation. He is a native Tucsonan and is focused on finding cost-effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the Southern Arizona community.
Sean offers general counsel advice and enforcement and defense litigation services to our planned community, condominium, and housing cooperative clients, including advising them on fair housing issues and defending them against fair housing complaints. He also represents employers in employment disputes and has obtained favorable results in multiple employment discrimination claims. He provides eviction services and general legal advice to both residential and commercial landlords. He also offers legal services in the areas of real property law and estate planning.
Sean is a results-oriented attorney who seeks to find practical and expedient solutions for his clients. His honest and direct approach gives his clients a realistic picture of the risks involved in all of their available options and he always provides a concrete recommendation to guide them forward on their path to a resolution and protect them from unnecessary risk. He takes care to consider each client’s circumstances and desires to ensure that his representation and advice yields the result that achieves their unique goals.
As a tutor with the Pima County Bar Association’s Lawyers for Literacy program, Sean works with students at local elementary schools to develop their reading skills. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, cheering on the University of Arizona Wildcats and the Boston Celtics, and catching a good movie. Most of all, he cherishes sharing quality time with his girlfriend and their two dogs.
