Nicole Payne is an experienced community association attorney who joined Carpenter Hazlewood in 2018. Nicole’s practice includes general counsel work and enforcement, in addition to insurance defense litigation. She routinely defends claims in the Office of Administrative Hearings, in addition to state and federal court. Nicole also educates and speaks on the unique issues faced by non-profit religious organizations as part of the Church Law practice group.
Nicole received her Juris Doctor and a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University. Before attending law school, Nicole worked as a bankruptcy legal assistant for a local law firm. When she is not working, Nicole enjoys family, travel, and volunteering in the community.
