Joseph (Joe) Cada is an Arizona native and works in the firm’s general counsel and insurance defense practices, counseling and representing clients on matters involving deed restriction interpretation and enforcement, contractual disputes, general and corporate liability, liquor licensing, foreclosures, the Fair Housing Act, and more.
Joe holds a B.S. in Molecular & Cellular Biology and was a biological researcher at the University of Arizona College of Medicine before attending law school. Prior to joining Carpenter Hazlewood, Joe served as a law clerk to the Hon. John J. Tuchi, the Hon. Michael T. Morrissey, and the Hon. John Z. Boyle at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in downtown Phoenix.
Joe is also a musician and singer and performs with various groups in the valley. He is also a proud dog dad and enjoys hiking with his dogs and going to dog parks. He also coaches a local high school mock trial team.
