Ember Van Vranken joined Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado, & Bolen’s Phoenix office in 2019 where she works as an Associate in the Firm’s general counsel practice. She has experience defending creditors, in commercial law litigation, arising from the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Ember earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology from University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in law, science, and technology from Sandra Day O’Connor College of law at Arizona State University. During law school she participated in the innovation advancement clinic where she worked with early stage business owners to solidify their legal foundations. She also had the opportunity to travel to New York to attend the United Nation Global Goals week as a student judge for the WE Empower global business competition.
Ember grew up in Northern California where she developed an appreciation for the outdoors. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, kayaking, and participating in fun runs.
