Eadie Rudder focuses her practice in the areas of enforcement litigation, collections, insurance defense and general counsel, primarily representing community associations and condominium associations. She also represents the Firm’s small business clients.
Prior to joining the Firm in March 2016, Eadie worked primarily in the areas of real estate, both commercial and residential (including foreclosures and loan modifications); general civil litigation, contract, commercial and general litigation; collections; non-technical intellectual property; and representing creditors in bankruptcy matters.
Eadie is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona. She has represented numerous clients in a variety of business disputes by and among competitors, contractors and the like, involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, and construction companies including mechanic and materialmen liens. She has also represented numerous homeowners associations to obtain foreclosure judgments and money judgments.
Eadie is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, and is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
