Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen Announces Seven Partner Promotions
Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen (CHDB) are pleased to announce the promotion of seven of our Associates to Partner. Each has demonstrated commitment to delivering great service to our clients through their deep expertise and collaborative teamwork with colleagues throughout the Firm. We are delighted to see this new class of Partners move ahead in their careers.

Charlene Cruz – Charlene practices in Community Association Law and her practice includes collections, general counsel, enforcement, and insurance defense cases. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, hiking and spending time with her family.
Jonathan Ebertshauser – Jonathan carries an expertise in all aspects of community association law, including general counsel representation, easements, developer transitions, commercial condominiums, enforcement, commercial litigation, and collections. Jonathan also oversees the firm’s zoning and land use practice. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling and raising his two dogs.
Erin McManis – Erin has significant experience in assessment collections, covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation and other general counsel issues. In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running and watching the Arizona Cardinals. Erin also volunteers with Arizona Beagle Rescue and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.
Kate Merolo – Kate’s practice serves the firm’s association, non-profit corporation, and business clients. Her practice areas include all aspects of community association and condominium law and also encompass intellectual property, employment law, and insurance defense. Kate loves spending time with her family and is an avid consumer of audio books.
Allison Preston – Allison focuses her practice on providing general counsel services to community associations. As a new partner with the firm, Allison will develop an architectural review program to assist clients in ensuring compliance with their governing documents with regard to approving various architectural requests.
Eadie Rudder – Eadie focuses her practice in the areas on insurance defense, bankruptcy, litigation, and general counsel, primarily representing community and condominium associations. She also represents the Firm’s small business clients. Eadie is Membership Chair for Horace Rumpole Inn of Court and Membership Co-Chair for Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, and an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Greg Stein – Greg’s practice focuses on litigation defense of condominium and planned community associations. He also practices in enforcement litigation, general counsel representation and collections for community associations. In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, running and watching college sports.
