Condominium & Planned Community Statutes in Arizona
These statutes are, unless otherwise noted, effective in 2010 and 2011 unless and until modified by the Arizona Legislature. Because of the possibility the Arizona Legislature will change the law, these statutes should not be relied on after July 1, 2011.
