First published in 2003 by the State Bar of Arizona, this is the only book of its kind in Arizona. It covers community association law. Scott Carpenter, partner in the firm, updates the book periodically as the Arizona Legislature makes changes in the statutes, and the Arizona courts publish opinions affecting associations. It is invaluable to management companies in particular, and other attorneys.
