Mark joined the firm in 2007, and primarily practices in litigation.  Mark’s litigation work includes plaintiff and defense work for homeowners associations, including an emphasis on insurance defense.  Mark also works extensively on appeals.

Mark has been practicing law since 1999.  Before joining Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado and Bolen, Mark spent five years representing homeowners, condominiums and homeowners associations in complex construction defect litigation, including class actions. Mark gained experience practicing in a wide variety of areas, including contracts, employment, construction, and litigation. During this time, Mark represented charter schools and school districts, and also represented a variety of small businesses.

Mark moved to Arizona in 1990, and now lives in Chandler where he enjoys spending time with his family, closely following football and baseball, and restoring his 1967 Ford Fairlane.
