Josh joined the firm in 2005 and is currently the Director of Enforcement Litigation.  Josh is also involved in collections and general counsel issues. Josh serves as a co-chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Central Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacy, and their  two dogs, Jake and Dublin.  Josh is a diehard Arizona Cardinals fan. His family has been season ticket holders since 1988 and they travel to at least one away game each season.
