Javier was named a partner in 2007, after being a member of the firm since 2002. He leads the Collections Team and also provides clients with general legal advice. 

Javier has spoken nationally at the Community Associations Institute’s annual seminar, for local municipal community association groups, as well as for the local chapter of a nationally recognized paralegal continuing education organization. He is also the co-editor of the Arizona edition of a national book series titled Law and Mental Health Professionals: Arizona 2nd Edition.

Javier enjoys cooking and is an amateur/ “professional” chef. He enjoys vegetable gardening, traveling, and all types of sports—watching, not playing.
