Chad joined the firm in 2007, and focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, enforcement, collection, bankruptcy and defense.  He also practices in the areas of general counsel and transactional issues. Chad spent most of his childhood living in Alaska until his family moved to Arizona in 1997.  After experiencing the extreme climates of Alaska and Arizona, he now enjoys spending time in more tropical climates whenever possible.
