Adam is a Tucson native. He has tried numerous jury trials resulting in jury verdicts awarding their clients over $20 million. Adam has worked as a judge pro tempore in the Pima County Justice Court for nine years. Prior to attending law school, Adam founded, owned and published a weekly newspaper and was also a city editor for two daily newspapers in Arizona. Adam practices in the areas of community association law as well as employment law and toxic torts. He has handled several class action lawsuits representing thousands of clients. As a Tucson native he is very familiar with the attorneys and judges in southeastern Arizona.
