AACM Golf Recap

The AACM Golf Event was a rousing success this year! Golfers had a great time “Chugging for Chile” at the Carpenter Hazlewood booth while waiting to tee off. Players chugged down a beverage of their choice then flipped their cup as fast as they could in a relay race. The winning teams won money and the firm matched the winnings for the Red Cross. Almost everyone threw their winnings back in for charity and many donated extra cash. A lot was raised for Red Cross earthquake relief. Thanks to all who participated! It was a great day! Pictures available soon on Facebook!

Arizona Legislative Session Blog: By scott carpenter

Every year I am asked repeatedly, “What’s going on with the Legislature?” This year I will again be closely monitoring the Arizona Legislature on community association issues. Feel free to call or e-mail me with any issues or questions. For the first time, however, I will be providing updates directly to a central location on my new Blog titled “Arizona Legislative Session – Planned Community and Condominium Association Issues”. There is a major bill that has already been introduced, SB1012. I’ve analyzed the bill and my thoughts and comments can be found on the Blog.
