Enforcement and Litigation Enforcement of the community documents is a critical non-discretionary function of every community association. The firm assists community associations with enforcement demand letters, recordation of notices of violation, assistance with self-help, and obtaining injunctions (court orders) to compel compliance with the community documents. The firm’s litigation team is also highly effective in advising our clients and in representing their interests in disputes involving federal and state fair housing claims, in the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings and in defense of other association matters.
